This stylish Porsche 930 Turbo, also known as a 911T, was the fastest production car available in Germany when first released and is highly desirable world-wide. As one of the most recognisable Porsches ever produced, this whale-tail’ Turbo example presents in excellent overall condition. This 930 is mechanically well maintained as the receipts show. The black leather is highly original, incorporating all of its factory features including optional orthopaedic front seats. Between 1978 and 1983 only 5,807 models were produced worldwide, making this example very rare and collectible.

With a 3.3-litre turbocharged and intercooled flat-six engine linking to a four-speed manual transmission, it provides outstanding performance. Capable of travelling from 0-100km/h in just 5.4 seconds, this revolutionary model holds an important place in Porsches rich history. This particular vehicle was first delivered to the UK, as a factory RHD where it remained until 2009 when it was then brought to Queensland, Australia.

Accompanied by a dated timeline of works, previous owners listing and receipts for the meticulous maintenance completed.

From 1978 to 1989 there were 18,770 Porsche 911 3.3-litre turbos produced. It was classed as Porsche’s top of the line 911 model for the entire duration of production. The 911 Turbo owes its origins to Porsche AG wanting to go racing, and the road car was homologated for racing in the 1976 season.
